Why do I feel like I’m having withdrawals?

I haven’t had surgery since 5 months ago and been clean (narcotics for pain) since 4 months ago,

I feel chilly, sweaty, uneasy, insomnia, crawling legs, and moody just as I am when getting off of pain medication.

I’m not sick!

Lack of sleep will do that to you.
