you need a lawyer to answer this one………..I can think that the tests are to see if you are taking them at the right amount and not too much and the other side not selling them..narcotics sell for a nice buck.but you need a lawyer…….contact th viet vets of amer,,,you don’t have to be a vietnam vet to get their help
