I am so happy that the proposal passed. I have been a long time advocate for medical marijuana and hope to see the rest of our country follow suit. There are not enough options out there for cancer sufferers and this natural herb allows the patient the ability to eat and relax, which is a great comfort to the patient and family. Also, the prisons and jails are filled with citizens who use it and I think that is a crime in itself. These are non violent people who have no business being locked up. There are many reasons to decriminalize or legalize it, that it just makes no sense for it to be any other way. So, yeah, I am very happy that Prop 1 passed and can't come up with one downside to even comment on.
References :
I am very sorry for the losses.....I sincerely hope that with this passing that many other cancer victims won't have to suffer as much. Thanks for your stories.

I also voted for it. Yes I believe under those and similar circumstances it should be legal. I do also hope that it is strictly monitored for the suppliers to keep things honest.
