Anxiety Disorder or Panic Attacks

People that suffer from anxiety on a regular basic often try to understand whether if they are having generalized anxiety disorder or panic attacks.

The discomfort they get from anxiety disorder and panic disorder are rather similar, but there are also some evident differences between the two.

The duration of anxiety is one. Panic attacks have a clear beginning and end point while anxiety disorders don’t.

The way each of the two are trigger is another distinction. Panic attacks are often trigger by a particular situation, witch is usually avoided by the sufferer.

People having anxiety disorder are more then likely constantly worry about what’s happening in their environment. There is no specific situation that trigger it.

In any of the two, people should seek help and find an effective anxiety treatment to get rid of there anxiety or panic attacks.
