How do you move on from bad days and situations?

I had an infection 2 weeks ago. But I am in school so I still had to study for hours every day. I did it, but the pain was terrible. The doctor prescribed a narcotic, Percocet but I just stuck to tylenol. Seriously, I am very prone to addictions. Well the infection has mostly passed but it has left an emotional mark. 1 Week later I was still in recovery but had to push myself to do exhaustive things. Like I had to go to a museum (2 hours away) by trains and buses… I had to walk over 3 miles. Sure I did all these things, but I have no output for my frustration and exhaustion. I don’t have anyone to talk to, and I feel like all of these things pile up inside. It’s like a ball of anger and frustration that doesn’t come out but just gets bigger. What do you think about this? How would you handle being tiresome and exhausted?

Simply put: There are no good days nor bad, it’s how you react to them.

Life is full of little things that are thrown in front of us to "deal" with. You seem to dealing with them and yet left frustrated and tired. I guess you would have to ask yourself why you are so frustrated? Where is the anger coming from?

If you are a student, I feel bad for you. It puts a lot of stress on some students. You need a day off sounds like. School term will end soon, no?

Take a deep breath and just relax.

let the hate be fuel, let it boil up inside you.
use it to push u on. its a cheap easy to find(dissapointment is everywhere) endless fuel.
get angry then get real, you have a life to live after all.
be the angry little engine that could!

dont be so hard on yourself, life is hard.
it gets harder everyday. but the sunshine rocks.

OH YEAH, you dont move on FROM anything.
you take all those crappy days with you forever, and you learn. or you dont, life goes on either way!
