The property sector is apparently picking up. Slowly but surely you will discover a lot more deals on the table if you can discover them.
The problem which is facing most folks within the property market, is that for the deals that are offered, you will find loads of agents vying for the same business.
This makes it quite difficult for agents to deal properly with clients as they are not sure who behind their back is trying to undercut them. So although the market is reactiing in a positive way to the current economic climate, it is still really difficult for agents to get enough deals that will keep them happy.
