There have been a lot of conflicting reports across the media about how bad the property sector is doing.
I guess there are two sides to the property marketplace, the commercial side and also the residence owner side.
We all know that buying a property in today’s industry means that the price you’ll pay is considerably lower than the price tag 18 months ago- costs have fallen dramatically.
On the commercial side of things, the value of finding office space has also gone down dramatically. The reason for this is the demand for office space is much less. Businesses don’t wish to pay ridiculously high costs anymore. They wish to cut costs and not worry that the rent they pay will be too costly.
