My husband takes pain medicine everyday. Will there be any problems if we are pulled over by the law? I know they have to be in the correct containers, labeled. But is it possible to get in trouble by traveling with his medicine? Thanks for any replies.

If you are pulled over for a traffic violation and are otherwise clean then the police shouldn’t even see the medicine assuming its properly packed. If your husband is using medicine with a warning label on driving and it is seen you could have other problems. As long as it is properly labeled, in the proper containers, with appropriate amounts I can’t imagine the medicine will cause any legal problems.

This assumes the medicine is legal in the area which you are traveling in. "Medicinal" marijuana will get you busted, scrip or no and legal prescriptions can vary from country to country. If you are doing cross border travel you need a better source of information that Yahoo Answers or Wiki.
