If you have a friend with a company, make him hire you – write a contract, show up in your work clothes at the bank and ask for a loan. Take a loan to cover the trip and expenses, take the trip – come back, all healthy and well, get a proper job, and pay it down in no time. If you really want something strong enough, you get it.
