Generally AA has to work a "Stronger" program. People need more support, because alcohol is widely available. Narcotics are far more illegal and lethal. Both programs offer the support of not being alone, but a narcotic addict has different experiences to relate and would need to find more people like him (or her) to relate to.<br><b>References : </b><br> Different drug, different group.
