if you were charged as a juvenile, that almost always means your record was sealed when you became an adult. If what your saying is true it should not be held against you. Best advice I can give you though is in the interview do not lie about your past. They cannot hold it against you but they can hold a lie against you. most police agencies have a recruitment section on their webpage, you could find out there if you're likely to have a problem.

Yes, all of these things were done while you were a minor. Bad judgment is why there is a difference between what is done while a minor and what we do as adults. Be straight forward, tell them about the incidents, and explain how you felt and why you would not do them again. Truthfulness is what they are looking for.
