Oh no. Severing human heads and rolling them around dance hall floors and putting them on sticks around town are just the latest efforts in boosting tourism in the region! The gangs were plotting to paint entire towns in Mexico pink but were beat to the punch by some little village in India, so it was on to Plan B!
