Census 101
Have you received your Census form in the mail yet? If so, please be careful and make sure you closely read the fine print. A friend of mine did and discovered somethign funny. You may not be aware but there are penalties for not filling out the form and for not filling it out properly. For example did you know that if you do not fill out the form and return it you are subject to a $100 fine. If you fill it out incorrectly and return it you may be subject to a $500 fine. It almost makes sense to not fill it out because you get off cheaper that way.
