So don't expect to just ask for narcotics and get them. Ironically, Afghanistan grows much of the world's opium, but the Taliban will execute you for using it. In the US, you are supposed to have a prescription, but anyone can get anything he wants on the black market (or from his auntie's medicine cabinet).
