Drug abuse and dealing at work?
My boyfriend has a coworker at his job that abuses and deals drugs on the clock. I really want to put a stop to this but I’m afraid everyone will be at risk in losing their job. The last thing I need is for my boyfriend to lose his job. I was thinking about calling corporate or the narcotics hotline but, again, I want to avoid termination to anyone else. Is there anything I can do for just that ONE coworker to get fired? Do you think there will be anyone else at risk? Maybe his workplace could get in trouble for not watching their employees? Please let me know what you think about this and let me know if there are any other ideas. Thank you.
Do you work there?
If not…then it’s something that your boyfriend would need to handle. He would just need to go speak to his supervisor or human resources department about his concerns. If you don’t work there…then you should probably stay out of it.
If you work there also….then you can speak to your supervisor or the human resources department.

Send an anonymous letter to the boss of the company. HE would be concerned and would probably check it out. It could cost him his business.

I would send an anonymous letter to the boss saying that all of the other employees are worried about what this one guy is doing.

This guy could be a liability and the company needs to take responsibility to address his problems. Maybe your boyfriend can approach HR about staging a drug intervention? It is his problem since his coworker’s behaviors affect him and everyone else. Wishing your boyfriend luck in this tricky situation!
