End of Yoga Poses
To end your routine you could finish with the Dhanurasana, or bow pose. On your stomach on the acupressure mat, lift your ankles towards your back and reach your arms back to grab your ankles, lifting your chin up as you inhale. Hold for as long as you feel comfortable, and then exhale as you relax. Finish with a spinal twist and end in the Savasana, or corpse pose to relax and meditate.
