Drinking Soda May Lead To Osteoporosis

A recent study reported that soda is bad… well not that that was a big surprise we all knew that already. But what the study revealed was the soda drains your bones of calcium.

The more soda, the less strong your bones. So on top of soda being packed with tablespoons of sugar, and increasing your body’s desire to hold on to more body fat (even diet) you are putting your bones at risk of becoming weaker.

Osteoporosis is already an issue that millions of women in America already face naturally by their lack of fitness, lack of adecuate calcium in your diet and of course genetics. So why put yourself at even a higher risk of osteoporosis by popping open a soda can?

There are things you can do to make sure you have healthy and strong bones… have a great womens muscle toning workout, take a calcium supplement if needed, and drink plenty of skim or 1% milk. Something else you might not think about is just getting out in the sun. Raising your Vitamin D helps build bones too.
