Dieting May Not Be Fun, But …

I know what you are thinking. Dieting is no fun … Yeah well I agree with you. Unfortunately it is very necessary for those of us who are a tad overweight … Unless of course you relish the idea of sending yourself to an early grave for no better reason than “you didn’t feel like eating healthy.” Not the best reason to die over right? Look dieting may not be fun, but it does not have to be horrible either. Just do these two things and it will be a heck of a lot easier for you: 1 – Eat 5 meals per day (this will make you feel more full) and 2 – Walk for about 45 minutes each day (this will burn far more calories than you realize).
