As engagements storm up our minds, we usually forget about a lot of things, making us run like headless chickens throughout the day, without getting anything done. So that you can achieve your goals, you have to keep focused and remind yourself about it.

If your goal is to get a carved body using the Air Climber, you can post a picture on your wall, this picture can be a picture of the exerciser itself, or an athlete. You can also do it through an wrist band of some sort, particularly the sporty type. Draw anything that will you can associate with your goal near so that you can be reminded of it every time.

I have a little bit of procrastinator within myself, the reason why I can’t get my workout done in time and there are times that I can’t manage my time well. I sometimes end up doing something different than tackling the task in hand head on. I have read a book that suggests that in order to manage procrastination, I should set little but realistic goals. Not vague and long term goals that can lead me astray.

So I tried it out. With my Air Climber, my goal was to get a 30 minute full work out, within that same 30 minutes, everyday. No excuses! With that little feat, I was able to lose 13 pounds in one month.

People that suffer from anxiety on a regular basic often try to understand whether if they are having generalized anxiety disorder or panic attacks.
