His resignation was a surprise to me since he never talk about it every time we go home or whenever we talk. He told me that he was ask by our Admin to write a letter explaining all his offenses before starting from the day he was hired (and that was 3 yrs ago).

So instead for appearing for a hearing for his termination. He submitted his resignation immediately so that his record wont be affected. I’m just shock knowing that someone like him would go to this trial in his life, knowing that his the one proving for his family. I hope he can find a better company to work with that will take good care of their employees.
