Most health care systems have a pain clinic...get in there. 4. Use ice and heat to treat the area of pain in the neck and back. 5..keep the areas mobile as much as possible...slowly strengthen the muscles in the affected area. 6. Report your MDs behavior to your state medical board. However, if i am reading your note you were dealing with a Nurse Practitioner? Then you will need to contact the state Nursing board. 7. I hope that he gets well soon! Pain can get to be a hard thing to deal with! I hope the new doctor helps him. I have been dealing with a lot of pain myself and it sure can get to be hard on a person. He may just have to use something over the counter. You need to talk to his doctor that he has now!
